Shown above is a clickable map of the DEIMOS DashBoard Interface. Move your mouse over various parts of the image to see which parts have detailed descriptions. Currently, more information is available for HATCH, LAMPS, SLITMASK, GRATING, FILTER FOCUS, SHUTTER, CCD, Start Here!, and Rotation.

Elements along the top row of the dashboard (HATCH, LAMPS, etc.) are in the light path.

In the top row elements that display two lines of text (SLITMASK, GRATING, FILTER FOCUS , and CCD), the upper line is the current value (read only) while the lower line is adjustable.

On the real DashBoard GUI, single clicking within the lower line (e.g. under FILTER clicking the lower OG550) will open a pull-down menu showing the allowed choices. For Wavelength, FOCUS, and ExpTime, one types the value into the box.

For SLITMASK, GRATING, FILTER FOCUS , and CCD, clicking once on the map mimics double-clicking on the real dashboard and brings up the respective detail page.
